Battle of the Contour Kits

Two of the most popular contour kit brands on the market right now include Anastasia Beverly Hills and Kat Von D. They can both be purchased at Sephora, but the real question is, which one do you buy? Here we see the pros and cons of both; a true contour kit battle!

Anastasia Beverly Hills

Kat Von D

Pros

- Creamy/smooth formulation

- Larger product amount

- Added mirror on palette 

- More pigmented than Anastasia 

Cons

- More expensive

- Only one palette available for all skin tones

- No refills offered 

I tried both of these products out, and i personally preferred the Kat Von D. I have very dry skin, and the formula went on very smooth. I also found that the formulation was more pigmented than Anastasia, and the application process required less product. The mirror was a very pretty added bonus as well. I would definitely recommend this contour palette to anyone looking to purchase one :)
